Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DutyKaro platform, including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Platform Services

DutyKaro acts as an intermediary platform connecting independent workers ("Workers") with staffing agencies and businesses ("Vendors"). We do not employ Workers directly and are not responsible for the specific job conditions, though we mandate strict verification standards.

2.1 For Workers

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You agree to provide accurate information during profile creation.
• You are responsible for arriving on time and completing assigned tasks.

2.2 For Vendors

• You verify that all posted jobs are legitimate and accurately described.
• You agree to pay the agreed-upon rates within the specified cycle.
• You are responsible for workplace safety and compliance with local labor laws.

3. Payments and Payouts

DutyKaro facilitates payments between Vendors and Workers.

• Processing: Payments are processed via our banking partners (PhonePe/Razorpay).
• Timeline: Payout timelines (Same Day, Weekly) are specified in each job listing.
• Fees: We charge a platform fee to Vendors. Workers receive the full listed amount.

4. Attendance & Verification

Our platform uses location services (GPS), selfie verification, and QR codes to track attendance. Falsifying attendance data (e.g., GPS spoofing) is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Repeated no-shows for accepted jobs.
• Harassment of other users.
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DutyKaro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the service.
